I got this bag around 6 months ago, a bit reluctantly, not because I didn’t think it was nice but because I was reluctant to move on from my old worn out backpack and its features. I don’t even remember that other bag anymore :)
Admittedly, the bags are not at all the same, and the tech pouch is a difference maker for this bag. I am more than ok with that though as the organization it provides more than makes up the difference. But back to this bag… the features are outstanding… the various pockets. The flexible dividers. The ability to shorten a packet for smaller laptops so they don’t sink down so low. The water resistance (which got a serious test this past weekend). It’s all terrific.
The only thing I find myself wishing it had is a small pocket for a wallet or passport like the larger 45l travel backpack has. That would be amazing.
I've had this backpack for over 2 years and love the accessibility, convenience, and comfort it offers. The larger version is perfect for carrying multiple cameras and lenses, with enough space for non-camera related items too!
I certainly didn't need a new camera bag, since I have several already, made by other companies. But, I had a trip coming up, I wanted to be able to use it as a camera bag/carry-on for my flight, and that seemed like a good enough excuse to get the bag I've been wanting.... The 20L Everyday Backpack. I'm so glad I did because this thing is great! It worked perfectly for what I wanted and it went everywhere with me on my adventures in Montana and on 4 flights. I'm done buying other inferior bags now and I wish I'd just gotten this sooner. Quality construction and materials, thoughtful design in every inch, and it looks good!
My everyday backpack it’s completely awesome, I used it to my everyday work. The quality of the product it’s unique, I would definitely recommend to purchase this product, you won’t regret it!
I bought this backpack a month ago and i really enjoy it. The most beautiful thing is that you can organize the main pocket as you want with the three dividers, also you can close the backpack at four different levels depending on what you have to carry. A very unique feature are these two ropes which pop out from a pocket in the lower front point which you can use to block some bulky items in the front or under the backpack. There is also a pocket for your laptop and it is almost invisible.
I had the V1 bag which was amazing. 6 years later I decided to replace it with the V2 bag and I couldn't be happier. Materials are improved, padding is softer, more magnets (I love magnets). It's just great. The only small downside are the side pockets which had more space previously but it's nitpicking.
