I purchased this bag right before a 3 day location shoot in Bozeman,MT and it handled every bit of dust, bump, slam, drop zip, unzip like a champ! it held everything I needed. With the capture clip added onto the strap was really and super handy - my camera was going nowhere! All-in-all, a solid product, with incredible thought into every detail. I still come across little surprises. I will be a PD customer and fan for a long time!

This backpack can easily store headphones, Sony alpha dslr, extra lens, iPad Pro, and has an awesome privacy compartment for passport plus iPhone or cash.
This is my go to travel bag and is just what I was looking for in terms of being able to access my dslr quickly and put it away.

Très pratique et surtout très léger, les compartiments sont modulables pour séparer correctement toutes mes affaires. Seul bémol : il faut que le sac soit vide pour bien repositionner chaque séparateur.

A very versatile bag

I got this bag as my everyday work bag and occasional photography outing and I think it works really well. I think its a great middle ground between a backpack and a sling because you have good side access without putting the bag on the ground. It makes a great normal backpack too because you can still access the top like other conventional designs. I think there are not too many small pockets, so maybe this bag is not best if you like carrying a lot of small items like chapstick. I guess you can use a packing cube though.

Outstanding quality backpack

I had this a year and love it! Use for travel back and forth from NC to Maine all summer. And for photo outings with 2 Nikon bodies and 3 lenses!
And I have 4 PD straps for my camera gear that I love.
