Very happy with this buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is beautiful. A huge improvement from the two letter fridge we used to have. The door in door feature is a must. No need for the kids to open anything else. The space inside and the lighting makes it very easy to find what you are looking for and the way the shelving is makes the fridge feel even bigger. This was the perfect buy for our 8 person household, and it uses less electricity than similar sized fridges from other brands.

Upgrading is a good thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this new refrigerator. Upgraded from a 20 year old GE side by side to the Profile with bottom freezer drawers. The configuration is spot on and the door within a door feature is surprisingly useful.
Downside, GE makes it impossible to claim their rebate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Issues from the start due to poor manufacturing

Product arrived damaged. Freezer door had dings upon arrival. Left door was repaired once for it catching and there is still an issue. Soft close door feature was broken on arrival. These issues should not be present on a brand new refrigerator that costs as much as this one,

Expensive and not practical

Fitment of doors not worth the price of this equipment. Left door binds when trying to close and is damaging the seal. The right door has that peek-a-boo door which prevent the main door from opening. No owners manual included, only a website.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
