Not as advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sales person deserves an award! This machine is not whisper quiet at all, actually quite loud, as in you can hear it in a room down the hall! Cheap quality control panel that will go out within 3 years. Top rack is useless for anything other than silverware, you can not put a coffee cup or bowl on the top rack as advertised. Very long 3 hour cycle to wash dishes, was told its closer to 1 hour tops even very soiled! Do yourself a favor, buy a different brand that takes pride in quality and not cheap gimmicks. I was talked into this unit and regret it. Wont be buying a whirlpool again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So quiet! So efficient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I splurged and replaced my older noisy model, and I am delighted with this new Whirlpool! The three racks are designed to give me functional capacity. The dB level is so low I can run the dishwasher and still listen to classical music!

I’ve never had a dishwasher this quiet before. It does a fantastic job and the technician from Coffmans in Jackson Tn did an excellent job installing the machine. Couldn’t be happier

Appliance never worked after delivery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went to use my new dishwasher a couple days after delivery and it didn't work. They wouldn't exchange it for another. I did not buy an appliance that needed to be worked on from the very first day. I bought a new one and thought it would work. I do not want it to be repaired since it is brand new. If I wanted a repaired one I would go to a used appliance store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
