Great cleaning ability!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. I have had no problems and the dishes are coming out really clean. It would be nice if the top (third) rack was about a cm or so lower so that I would be able to put larger coffee mugs in this space. It is fine for small mugs, but not for the slightly larger ones my husband uses.
The third rack does make it feel like I have more room in the dishwashwer to load other items.

Nice Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this to replace a 12-year old Whirlpool dishwasher, that never gave us any issues. With this model, the addition of the third rack solved issues when needing to wash small glasses and cooking utensils. The top rack is perfect for those items. The downside to the third rack, is the middle rack is a bit on the low side when placing larger items in the bottom rack. Items like my microwave turntable plate or cookie sheets, no longer fit nicely along the edge of the bottom rack. The slides for the middle rack get in the way. I was able to get the turntable plate in with a bit of effort, only to run into an issue with the rotating water sprayer that is mounted to the bottom of the middle rack. This sprayer is a bit too long, as it spins it hit the turntable plate, if it were even a half inch shorter on each end, the problem would be solved. I also wish the silverware holder could be used on either side. It can only be used on the right side and my sink is to the left of the dishwasher, causing much unwanted leaning when loading. Finally, I also think the silverware holder was better off mounted to the door, as with my previous model. With it on the door, I could open it slightly and drop a single piece in. Now I have to open the door all the way and slide the bottom rack out in order to place one item in the silverware holder.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't like dishwasher at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many features of this dishwasher I do not like at all! I have attached three pictures and a short video showing some of my displeasures. The top rack is virtually useless with our silverware, utensils, and dishware. The location of the silverware tray on the bottom rack is not designed well. The utensils don't fit in there well and its location causes a loss of space for dishes. My previous silverware holder was in the door which was much more space efficient. The spacing of the tines on the racks will not hold dishes upright as shown in your illustrations and video on how to load a dishwasher (yes, we watched the video). Was told by customer service that this dishwasher is energy efficient - it takes nearly three hours to wash and dry a load of dishes, which is twice as long as my previous dishwasher (which was also a Whirlpool). Even after sitting overnight, when the door is open the inside of the dishwasher is wet and water pours out from the spray arms, and the cracks and crevices of the racks. (see attached pics and video). The dishes and utensils are, for the most part, dry; however, when the water pours from the various spaces, then they get wet before we can get them out. What is the vent in the upper left corner of the front for? It just leaks water down the front of the dishwasher and into the floor. Plus, all the appliances are advertised as fingerprint resistant stainless steel. They are not! (forgot to add this on the review of the fridge)

It's an "okay" dishwasher. Would not buy again.

The first thing that comes to mind in describing this dishwasher... it is "LOUD". The 41 db claim is pure BS! This thing is THREE TIMES louder than the ten year old KitchenAid it replaces. Do NOT buy this if you value a quiet dishwasher. I would not have bought it if I had known it was this loud. It's a good thing it has delayed washing as we will only run it at night after we have gone to bed. Note to self, next time spend the extra cash and get a KitchenAid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Having the third rack is so helpful for maximizing space. Hidden buttons really add to a sleek finish. I’m so impressed with the quality and the modern aesthetic. Black stainless color is absolutely gorgeous.

Sleek and super quiet

Love the 3 rack design, spacious enough for big pots and glasses and still enough room for bigger spatulas and knives on top. Left all dishes really clean. Gets everything done fast and efficiently. Ran a load of dishes in the night and couldn’t hear the cycle going. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to upgrade appliances. Installation was great, fast and efficient.
