Excited to get a Great Dishwasher at a Good Price!

There were other brands that offered more features but the customer reviews identified basic weaknesses (Leaks, Poor Drying, Etc.). The features on this machine are just what we need. It is solid, quiet, provides excellent cleaning and thorough drying. A High Quality appliance that adds to our satisfaction and confidence in KitchenAid products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my dishwasher about a month ago, and I love it. Three racks, very quiet, and everything comes out sparkling. Easy to understand buttons for different washing situations, plus a delayed start option. The dishwasher is so quiet, I don't bother with the delayed.

Definitely more versatile than the Samsung with a deeper second rack! Everything I have purchased from Kitchen Aid (2 mixers, toaster, food processor, hand mixer) is beautiful, reliable, and performance engineered.

Not Good. Find a Different Model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had this for a week and it’s the worse dishwasher we’ve had. First, it’s much louder than they would suggest. We used to have a Fisher Paykel and that was quiet. You could barely hear it. This one, you can constantly hear the water spraying around. Second, the dishes never come out clean or properly rinsed. We tested it with a handful of dishes and it always leaves residue from food and detergent- we use pods and only had 10 dishes, 5 glasses and 3 plastic container and lids - so it wasn’t over loaded. Lastly, when the cycle ends - everything is wet. We tried extra heating and nothing works. I’m not sure if I just got a lemon but this is going back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
