[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this dishwasher. My old one still worked but was from the 1970's. I didn't feel it cleaned very well. This one is very close to the ground so I have to bend down to load the dishes in the bottom but I love the top rack. It opens up so much more space.

Good dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dishwasher for about three weeks. We have a large family so it’s used often. I’m trying to like this dishwasher but I have an issue with it. The placement of the buttons to start the dishwasher is very “touchy”. When closing the door to place dishes inside the dishwasher, if you close the door you are sure to hit a button on the top of the door, then you have to hit cancel then if you hit cancel to hard it’s starts draining, then you have to press cancel again. Other than that it’s a good machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. It's very quiet and it seems to get the dishes cleaner than my old one. The heated dry is a little bit too hot though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet. Cleans and drys well. The only issue (which really isn’t an issue) is the cycles are long, even the short cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Kitchen Aid advocate. This is my second Kitchen Ad dishwasher and my last one washed by dishes for 12 years without any repairs. Now I will be honest about my new dishwasher. I love the bottom rack; it's just like my former one so I know how to load it. I love the third rack; it's perfect for my needs. However the middle rack is not to my liking; it doesn't let me load my dishes as well as my former dishwasher. I really miss whatever is supposed to be holding the stems of wine glasses. My new dishwasher does not have the holders although the instruction booklet shows them. I usually don't complain but simply cope but I'd like to bring this to your attention.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven’t used but a couple of times so far it’s very quiet, cleans the dishes, very well and dries very well. I love the third rack for my utensils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed a little over a month and we are very happy. Replaced a 7 year old GE without a top tray. I didn't think the top tray would be useful but we have something in it at every load. Overall, it seems to do a better job cleaning the dishes. I think some of that is due to the racks doing better at holding the dishes in position and not letting them fall over or slump on top of one another.
