I feel at home again

I grew up with Kite aid dishwashers and had two of my own and a couple of others in my time and I was so incredibly happy to have found this wonderful fully outfitted machine with three racks and a sound insulated package and most importantly it has its controls on the outside of the door where the controls are not affected by the moisture inside like the machines with the top mounted controls are which should result in greater longevity. I’m looking forward to years of quiet enjoyment out of this exceptional machine as it’s very quiet, cleans beautifully, dries thoroughly and is so well constructed. You can feel it when you open and close the door and pull the racks out and push them in and they glide so smoothly on their ball bearings, a trademark of Kitchenaid dishwashers for as long as I can remember that I always notice and felt was wanting in comparison whenever I touched any other machine. I’m so pleased to have found a premium Kitchenaid with its controls up front. I’m so happy that I can’t even find the right words.

Good So Far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Replaced 7-8 year old Kitchen Aide dishwasher with this model. Old washer was leaking badly from the bottom and ruined my oak hard wood floors:( Disappointed the new dishwasher did not come with a power cord. However, it is very quit and has cleaned my dishes very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my purchase. I researched extensively and picked this one based on the way I loaded a dishwasher. I like that the third rack is able to load bowls/ cups. It is also very quiet, cleans great. Better than I expected on the quiet meter.

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading some reviews of the product, I was somewhat surprised as our previous dishwasher was a Kitchen Aid. It was an excellent machine. This new one definitely meets all of our requirements. Dishes come out sparkling clean. We simply rinse off the dishes before putting into the washer; we don’t scrub them. I particularly like the ProClean feature. It adjusts the water usage to what’s in the washer. We are saving on dishwasher detergent for sure. We use the liquid as I we’ve never been a fan of the packets, but to each his own on that. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher. Also, this machine is unbelievably quiet when operating.

Terrible. Dispenser stopped working immediately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far not good at all. Dispenser stopped working almost right away and have to wait weeks for repair. QR codes did not match to register and had to do that a second time. repair services contractors do not align with dates and times given and make you reschedule. Terrible experience so far. Had to take off work twice for repair of a brand new dishwasher. Not happy at all

Great KitchenAid dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new dishwasher is beautiful fingerprint-resistant black stainless and is very quiet. I've run 2 express loads so far and the dishes come out great! I think the stainless steel interior helps with drying by holding the heat longer. It fits so many more dishes than my old dishwasher ... I love the upper 3rd rack for cooking utensils! I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. The only negative is that at least half of the slots in the cutlery basket are too narrow for my forks, but luckily I save the basket from my old dishwasher to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very quiet dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we purchased about three weeks ago and most of it is good a nice dishwasher very quiet cleans great I love the third rack, able to hold small bowls and some coffee mugs and some silverware. My only complaint would be the bottom rack. The prongs where it holds your dinner plates Are only under one and a quarter inches wide. If you have stoneware dishes, they can't stand up straight, they tend to fall over but I've been noticing with other brands that this is a trend. They're not making the bottom rack wide enough to accommodate nice, thick, stoneware dishes rather they want to pack as many dishes in there as they can, but all they'd have to do is move it over on an eighth of an inch And I'd rather sacrifice a little more room so my dishes would stand up straight and get cleaned properly.
