It worked for three weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were excited about our new dishwasher and all I could do. However, after three weeks, the Drain pump motor stopped working. It’s still under warranty obviously and the repair guy will be out here Thursday. We’ll see what he has to say..

Overall Good, Some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second KitchenAid dishwasher so I am comparing to the old one (15 yr old).
The new dishwasher is pretty much the same with a few exceptions. It does not dry dishes as well as the old machine. Not a big issue but definitely noticeable.
Wife does not like the new bottom rack that has a large gap too wide to put a pan without falling over. Seems to be as quiet as the old machine.
We like it and would purchase again.

Love this dishwasher,in my previous the bottom rack wasn't stationary, & plates would fall over. Love the stainless steel, never had a dishwasher this quiet. 1st time I started thought it wasn't working because so quiet but it was. Would highly recommend this dishwasher!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this in December. It was more time consuming to install than we expected. The cord had open wires that had to be hooked up to the dishwasher.
The dishwasher is so quiet that I forget it's running. It has done a great job cleaning the dishes. The racks seem a little flimsy.
