Super system for the price. My complaints have more to do with Windows than the computer itself. Our specific application security requirements demand that we strip out all non-essential apps, features, etc., and button down the security as tight as possible. On top of that, most times when an upgrade occurs, we have to do it all over again because much of that we stripped out was reinstalled. It would be a benefit if HP/Microsoft made available a stripped-down version of this business system without all the bloatware MS insists on. This includes not having to have a MS account (yes, we know how to get around this - for now). This is sold as a business system - not a home computer; we don't need or want all the 'toys' MS insists including.

I've contacted HP two or three times requesting help to correct the warranty from one to three years (three years was advertised). So far, I cannot get this resolved. I also had to uninstall Wolf security and install a different antivirus program in order for things to work properly. Other than that, I am very happy with the computer so far. I love its compact size. The kinks seem to be worked out now, and the computer is fast. I am very happy with it. I am concerned, though, that I can't get HP to resolve the warranty issue.

This HP Mini Desktop has everything you'd need from a desktop PC in the size of something smaller than many laptops I've seen. It's the discreet solution for desktop needs.

Powerful mini desktop computer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP Elite Mini 800 G9 Desktop PC is a powerful, transportable desktop computer. My computer is very snappy with the Intel Core i7-12700T processor, 16 GB RAM, and 256GB SSD. The Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 wireless card is also quite good with excellent link speeds. This "desktop" is so small with its mini form factor. Just disconnect four cables (power, monitor, wired keyboard, and mouse) and it can be easily transported in a briefcase or laptop bag. When setting up the computer, I found that a speaker is already conveniently installed inside the mini case.

Good things come in small packages

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good things come in small packages such as this mini desktop. It is very compact and barely takes up any space. It is lightweight and easily transported if need be. It comes with a mouse and a keyboard so all you need is a monitor. Hard to believe something so small can be so powerful. This HP Elite Mini is very fast and handles anything I throw at it. There are plethora of ports which is very convenient. All in all this is a superb choice for home or office.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago as I needed an upgrade from my old desktop as well something much smaller. This checks both boxes. Right out of the box it was easy to set up and had all the ports I needed to get going as soon as I plugged it in. The SSD is speedy with basically no lag time from powering on to booting up. During the day it's my work horse for lots of tabs, multiple spreadsheets, and Adobe running all the same time, absolutely no lag at all. I venture into some PC gaming at night and it's been able to handle everything I throw at it with some room to spare. I would buy this 10 out of 10 times again!

Great computer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to replace my pc tower and decided to try this hp mini 800. The hookup was easy took only minutes. Once up and running I transferred all my needed files and actually used my tv as a monitor. I’m really pleased with the operation of this computer. I highly recommend this pc for your computing needs.
