Great for pet clean up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works great with pet messes and I’m sure it will be great on couches if my dogs ever have an accident. I originally thought it was a vacuum too but it is not it’s just a carpet cleaner and extractor. It’s pretty heavy so that’s the only downside for me.

Great carpet cleaner

One downside was the box looked like it was almost used before that may just be how it was used packaged but overall good product.

The built-in spot and stain remover, StainStriker, makes quick work of even the toughest pet stains, including urine odors that seemed permanent. The deep-cleaning technology picks up an astonishing amount of pet hair - 3x more than my previous cleaner! I've had zero issues with clogs or hair wrap, making cleaning a breeze. My carpets look and smell like new, and I couldn't be happier with the performance. Whether you're a pet owner or not, this cleaner is a game-changer. Highly recommended!

A lifesaver!

We moved into a new apartment recently so I was really wanting to do a deep clean of the carpets, and this did not disappoint! Lifted out the few stains we had and left the carpet looking nice and fresh. Was so excited to receive this and get my carpets looking brand new again! The only thing I don’t like is that it is quite heavy for me, but that is to be expected for a durable product. 5 stars!!!

Great technology super easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was very easy to put together took less than 3 minutes easy to work I tested it on a patch of carpet and left it looking super clean just like how I bought the rug you can definitely tell it was made with high quality product and great technology the brand also makes videos how to use if you are struggling or more of a visual learner so I definitely recommend if you just need to clean your carpet so often which everyone should if you do not take shoes off in the house shoes traffic lots of dirty and nasty things!!

Highly recommend for stain fighting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is so pretty! It’s not as big and bulky as most traditional carpet cleaners but it does still have some weight to it. It worked pretty well at getting some stains out of my dining room chairs. I like the attachments that it came with and I’m looking forward to using it more on my carpets when my kids make messes!

Better than a rug doctor. Wonderful quality worth every penny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The details on this machine are beautiful! It is a bit heavy and I’m sad that it isn’t cordless but it works extremely well. The solution that comes with it smells absolutely amazing and leaves carpet refreshed and almost like new after. I love the fact that it has a self clean option that is a huge plus on machine maintenance factors. I used this machine on a rug I’ve had for about a year or two. My teen has spilled a drink on it and our at the time puppy had a small accident that never came off all the way. I used this machine on it and it got all of the human hair and pet hair off plus the stains out the rug looks good as new and her room smells so good now. I also love that it comes with so many attachments and the stain master hose for all of those hard to get stains out of upholstery or carpet. 9/10 would recommend for anyone with carpet especially light colored carpet. Amazing probably better than a rug doctor. Also loved the dry only feature so the carpet can be dried after a deep clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The material feels nice and it’s hard. It also has different heads to change and use and it’s very versatile. It doesn’t seem hard to maintain and it comes with the liquids. I haven’t tested it out yet but from the material and how well it’s packed I believe it will be very effective.
