Wowza! I can’t believe how powerful, easy to use, and effective this carpet extractor is. It effortlessly gets out so much dirt embedded in my carpet. Seeing all that dirty water is so satisfying. I was also able to clean up some stubborn stains I’ve had on my couch and rug for some time now. INCREDIBLE!!! The maintenance is so easy as well considering there is no hair wrapped around the brushroll and it’s all in the dirty tank. I love this product and recommend to ALL who have carpets, kids, and pets!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It Really Does The Job

After my dog carpet bombed my office with diarrhea, I needed a solution. I had a Shark vacuum cleaner and have loved it. I bought the carpet cleaner, and I was not disappointed. It did a great job. I agree with another reviewer that it would be helpful if the waste bin was bigger or could hold more, but that's a small price to pay for a machine that does its job well. Plus once you get the hang of the parts, it's straight-forward. It may take a couple of practice or real runs at understanding how it all fits together, but the documentation is actually pretty good. If you want a high performance machine, you're probably going to need to do a little learning, not matter what kind of machine it is. All in all, this is a great product.

Best Carpet Cleaner for home use EVER1

I was quite pleased with the CarpetXpert carpet cleaner. It did a FANTASTIC job. My only complaint is that the ON button...and the DRY button are NOT in a convenient place and should be moved if possible when the design is update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This vacuum is so great. It is hefty and very durable. It does a great job of cleaning up all of my messes, from hair to flour and everything in between. I have not had to do any maintenance to it yet, which is great, and I love that hair does not get wrapped around it. Overall, this is a little bit pricey, but I do believe that it is worth the price. However I was given this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

There was a stain that easily lifted and it took the odor from our home as well. So pleased with this and it’s ease of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Visually, it looks like a professional vacuum cleaner. For me It's a little bit heavy, but still flexible and convenient to use. The set includes several tools to assist with floor cleaning. There are also various attachments for cleaning different surfaces, most importantly, an attachment for pet hair and human hair. This is extremely important to me because my previous vacuum didn't clean hair from the carpet, and I had to pick it up by hand.
Not everything was intuitive for me during assembly, so I'm thankful for the picture instructions. I quickly figured everything out.
The vacuum is very powerful, so it's a bit noisier. It cleans floors well, but I wish it had a larger water tank.
It can operate only in vacuum mode as well as floor-washing mode, which I found convenient.
I also liked the additional hose, which can clean the sofa or car interior in both wet and dry modes—this is super convenient and thoughtful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark carpet extractor works really well for someone that has 2 cats in the house. I had a baby blue carpet that looked black and now is restored color. Took two bins of water and empting of waste water to achieve that. Clean up is easy just dump inside the toliet and like my situation ui had alot of cat hair inside the catch I just removed it and gave it a rinse. It sits on a nice plastic tray to prevent the floor from getting wet if it has any residue wetness that may drip off. So far I really like this machine. Hope it lasts and sticks around like my other shark appliances.
