This carpet cleaner also has great suction and the machine is not that heavy! Incredible results with strong suction. It has great attachments to help with cleaning cars and couches. Even a base for the cleaner to sit on so you don’t get water all over the floor. Helps
keep all the pieces together and organized. This carpet cleaner attacks and removes spots, stains and odors! It’s a must have !

Holy Grail Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most amazing carpet cleaner! My cat recently had an accident on our rug and this got the stain and odor out very well. Super easy to use and very sturdy. I also used it to clean my car seats and they look brand new. Very portable and easy to move around. Would recommend this vacuum to everyone, even if you don't have pets!

By far the best carpet cleaner I have used/owed. They thought of everything when building this unit. So easy to put together, easy to use , the suction is so strong and I love how easy it is to clean. I have tried many top brands and the suction power just isn't there. With the Shark the areas I clean are dry within an hour.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Didn't work from the start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item didn't work out of the box. Im an extremely tech saavy person and I promise you this is not user error. This would be a fairly expensive product and for this to not spray the liquid from the get-go is not acceptable.

Excellent Cleaning Ability But A Hassle To Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very fortunate to receive this product to test and review. Overall, it is an excellent carpet cleaner, especially for those with pets. It definitely has some flaws, but they don’t outweigh its cleaning ability.
Pros:
1. It is an effective carpet cleaner. We got a puppy last year, and have some lingering stains from when she was still potty training. I decided to try this out on my parents’ carpet first, since they have a very large carpeted area, and I feel terrible about my dog staining their carpet. It easily removed all the stains without issue, where other carpet cleaners have failed. It didn’t get clogged when it ran into dog fur. I was also able to remove some small food splatter stains that were over 5 years old! It truly does a remarkable job of cleaning, refreshing, and removing stains. The carpet is so clean it is glowing!
2. It is very well made and will last a long time. The parts are all very heavy duty, and seem like they won’t crack. It is also very attractive, I love the rose gold detailing!
Cons:
1. It is extremely loud, way louder than any other floor cleaner or vacuum I’ve tried, and louder than a lawnmower. So loud it is impossible to carry on any sort of conversation while using. I also tried listening to music through headphones, and it didn’t hold up to the noise. If it had been just a teeny bit louder I would have put on some ear protection. Seriously!

2. It is rather heavy, especially when the tanks are all full. I lift weights four times a week and consider myself strong, and my arm was slightly fatigued after using this for an hour.
3. It is a pain to clean. The self clean feature only cleans the attachments and the hose. Everything else (10 different parts) has to be removed, washed by hand, and set out to dry. It took 24 hours for my items to fully dry, and they took up a large area of the counter.
4. One bottle of the cleaning solution doesn’t go very far, so it can get expensive to do large areas. I used an entire bottle of solution and was only able to complete the living room.
5. It leaves carpet quite wet, and takes hours to dry. I was very careful and avoided dispensing too much solution, at least I thought. Even when using the dry only setting, and going over each section 8-9 times, the carpet was still rather wet. It took 4-5 hours for it to completely dry.
6. It is very large and takes up a lot of space to store. It comes with a very nice stand/tray to go underneath, but it is very bulky. We ended up having to store it in our basement, as it wouldn’t fit in the storage closet.
It does such a good job of cleaning, I still recommend it, despite the flaws!
