It's a good spot or a small area carpet cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The effectiveness of this cleaner is good, for small areas. So far its durability is good. It was comfortable to use. But the maintenance was a bit much for what little area it could clean. It was not a good fit for me, but would be fine for someone else.

Well made with a lot of functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner is built for any stains it comes across. Multiple scrubbing attachments are a nice plus. This cleaner is marketed for pet stains. My one concern is that the solids basket filled up very quickly. I wonder how often it would need to be dealt with if you have a dog that's prone to shedding.
There are also 2 bottles of cleaning solutions. It's a nice addition, but the bottles are pretty small considering the price of the vacuum. Box has a QR code to scan for a discount on the cleaning liquids, but it would be nice to have more up front than to have to go searching for it.

Great cleaning and easy clean-up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Shampooer was easy to set up and has online videos for assistance if required accessed via a QR code. The clean tanks are clearly labeled, making them easy to fill with water and the cleaning solution properly. The 3 modes of operation: deep clean, dry only, and stain striker mode are indicated near the power switch and inform you what mode you are in. It did such a great job cleaning and I was surprised at how dirty the water was, and the hair catch basket in the used water tank allows you to throw away the hair rather than putting it down the drain. By using dry mode you can minimize overall dry time, and cleanup was a breeze with all of the pieces of the suction head coming apart and giving you the ability to clean each one individually.

A life saver with little kids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having 2 kids.. this vacuum is a life saver because we always have accidental messes! Not only is it super easy to use, it gets rid of stains without having to scrub and scrub! I was able to clean our all 4 breakfast chairs.. which are the most used furniture in the house.. in under 10 minutes using the dry feature! The solution that comes with it is a miracle solution!
And may I add.. the base that it comes with to set on when not in use was the cherry on top! It makes everything look so organized!
You don't need to have a pet to be able to use this! We've already had to use it on our living room rug while we potty train the little one and you can't even tell there was an accident there.

Lifesaver!!!!!

It has great durability and gets stains out from my dog on our cloth couch perfectly. It also helps tackle odor and provides a comfortable vacuum experience!!! Would 10/10 recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stain striker is a top of the line at cleaning pet stains all the way to restaurant grease gunk. Easy to carry with a carry handle attached. Comfortable handle for vacuuming for long duration. The cleaners that this comes with ensures you will no longer smell any bad odor. Depending on how dirty the spot is that you’re trying to clean you may have to empty and fill up the containers quite quick but apart from that this a great product and I know I will be using it all over my house. If there is a issue there are multiple indications of what it could be with 2 blinking lights and a key for those lights right above it.

Amazing Versatile Carpet Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shark’s CarpetXpert is by far the best carpet cleaner I’ve ever used. It’s superior to any other carpet cleaner. I love that it is a two in one cleaner, a carpet cleaner and a spot/stain eliminator. It alleviates having to have multiple cleaning units. The carpet cleaner has great suction and powerful cleaning capabilities. The scent of the cleaning solution is fresh and clean. I used to clean my area rugs every week with another competitor and used the CarpetXpert to see how much cleaner they would come out. In my picture it shows the left side of the carpet cleaned with the CarpetXpert and the right side cleaned with the competitor. I couldn’t believe how much whiter and cleaner my carpet came out and how dirty the water tank was after. The tank is so easy to pull out, dump, and place right back into the cleaner. It was eye opening how much of a deep clean the Shark was able to do. The spot and stain eliminator has multiple attachments to pick from depending on what type of stain or spot needs cleaning. The two solutions (drop clean carpet solution and oxy stain solution) combine to easily remove stains and spots. The pet attachment is great for odors and pet messes. I love that the attachment keeps the pet mess separate from the hose so you don’t have worry about that being stuck in the hose causing smells. The self cleaning function is a game changer. I don’t mind pulling this out for a quick little stain since clean up after is so easy! Both cleaning operations dry fairly quickly. Overall, I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a deeper clean with multiple uses all in one system.
