A fancy vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum was a little intimidating at first - lots of different parts and attachments to put together. But once I figured that out, it was very easy to use! I love that there’s no trigger button to spray the soap - it does it automatically. When you push forward it sprays and when you pull back it suctions only to dry. It also has a “dry only” feature that you can use to soak up excess water after cleaning! So far I am very pleased - can’t wait to try the attachments for smaller messes!

Great cleaner

I just finished using the Shark CarpetXpert in my living room and I must say, I was impressed. The dust and dirt this machine picked up was amazing. I have tried several different carpet cleaners before and Shark out cleans them all.
I am giving a 4 out of 5 stars due to the size of the tanks. Every 5 minutes I had to stop and empty the dirty water tank or refill the solution tank. That is the only drawback to this cleaner. When it comes to cleaning carpets, I give it a 5 out of 5 stars.

Excited to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s absolutely perfect! I used it on different surfaces and works so well. Area rugs, car seat and bed. My head board for my bed cleaned so easily and I used the smallest hand tool to clean around the silver buttons and it worked so well. It’s easy to use , how to videos and guide pamphlet was very useful and clear. It handles different surfaces as well especially hair. I’m actually excited to clean now using my carpetXpert

What an INCREDIBLE vacuum!!

Wow! What a vacuum!! I owned a Shark Navigator for years, but it finally died on me, so I bought this one. It's been a week since my vac died, and I have three Australian Shepherds and one cat, so I was very excited to get my new vac today. But, I must warn you: This thing is so strong that it can almost pull you off your feet, so be ready!!
Holy Toledo!! My carpeting looks brand new!! I had no idea how much dirt my Navigator was leaving behind!! I literally filled a tall kitchen trash bad halfway with dog hair, dirt and dander. And my house SMELLS amazing!! Thank you so much!!

Formidable opponent against babies and pets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this carpet cleaner. We have a dog and a baby and you can imagine the kind of stains that end up in our carpet. This is a really helpful to pull some of those “What the heck is that” stains out of our carpet. It’s incredibly easy to start using it comes with two bottles of solution, and works really great. It’s super easy to fill up the clean water and dump the dirty water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start it arrived very well packaged, with tons of accessories and even a mat for storage. Usage was super easy, much less work that others that I’ve tried, it automatically sprays when you push forward and dries when you pull back - with the option to just dry when you are done cleaning. We have 2 goldens that shed a lot and had no issues with it getting clogged up and the carpet came out clean. Photos show before, just after cleaning, and once dry. I was also pleasantly surprised at how much the parts can be disassembled when done, it will make it really easy to keep clean.

It comes with multiple attachments for furniture, carpets, small stains etc. I love the fact it has a little try so it’s not sitting directly on the floor! I’ve used this basically every time I clean absolutely love it
