I’m an electrical Contractor in South Florida and we have been working on a remote project in the Everglades. After purchasing some River 2 Pros for the client we decided to purchase a Delta 2 Max for a little power of our own. This unit paired with a 220W solar panel has been able to keep up with our power demand in our small construction trailer with no problem. We very impressed with it performance in a remote location with no utility power.
Im a landscape photographer hobbiest, i go out for a week at a time, Being able to change all my equipment throughout the course of the expedition, is one lese thing to worry about when out in the wilderness.
Recent 4 day power outage in hurricane. Kept my freezers going which are awesome freezers, cooling to zero snd holding for hours. Learned enough to know I need a battery as well and maybe I should consider the pro model. Glad I had the max. Easy to wherl around on a cheap luggage rack
I bought 2 of the pro max 2's , like them will work for my green houses during the summer but......will only run the 1500 w heater for about 2 hours. NOT ecoflow fault it's mine did not do my research heater draws 12.5 amps on full setting so 2hrs at that current is not so bad. would buy the pro max 2 again may even get the batteries for the unit.
Stop looking. This is it. After extensive research, I came to the conclusion that EcoFlow is the brand I'd choose for a solar generator. Take my word for it, get one.
Have been playing with the Delta 2 max and love it so far. My only problem is that I need more cord from the generator to the solar panels. I will order a longer cord and should be happy with it. I love the app and how easy it is to use.
