I received everything and it all works great. I spent a lot of time researching different brands, options, performance, YouTube videos, etc. and I am very happy with EcoFlow. The only complaint I have is that the Delta II Max does NOT have wheels. EcoFlow sent me a canvas wagon where you can fit the generator inside but you cannot add the Smart Battery with it.

I found this product to be very well designed, reliable and perfect for my emergency power system case. I especially love the fact that I can remotely monitor the battery life and control the system remotely. I love how I can extend battery longevity based on car battery lithium battery or solar panels. Echo has a number of models that provide great scalability at a decent price range. I love this product. I think it’s awesome.

Does what Eco flow States. Great product, works. No problems at all. ABLE TYO REDUCE OUR ELECTRICIY BILLS. Unit only take around two hours to charge from ZERO TO 100%. Can't really anything negative about product.

Recently experienced nearly 24 hour power outage; my brother kept refrigerators, etc. going at his house for several days with only a two hour charge of his DELTA 2 Max unit at my house when power was restored. Long story short, I ordered the DELTA 2 Max and additional battery; of course I haven’t needed my system yet, but it’s nice to feel prepared. Shout out for the prompt deliveries of both components.

Bought a few months ago. Unfortunately due to family illness did not have time to check it out. Did bring it up to charge when I got it. Now have tried, hooked to a couple of fans and a refrigerator, ranf for about 30 minutes, worked flawlessly. Still had high percentage of charge.

I haven’t finished all of the tests but so far going really well. I ran a test to see how long my fridge would run off the battery. The battery made it 19 hours and estimated it would make it another hour. I got to 8% capacity left. Plan is to next run the battery down with the freezer. Then will recharge for the first time using my 400 watt solar panel. Figuring I may want to get a second 400 panel later. The display is great. All good information. The App is awesome for sure. Can be wherever and see progress. Glad I finally made the purchase. The sale helped push me over the line. Great addition to my power down preparations.
