Not a great option

I have had this unit for 3 years now. Not really happy with it. I have had service out4 times already. Now it is leaking again and I can't hook it up to the app so I can monitor when it is done. Plus the fresh option does NOT keep it fresh! Cleaning the drain is difficult and I was told if you do the clean cycle it would clean out the trap/drain, it doesn't. I now have to call service AGAIN! Thank God I purchased the extended warranty. Now I cannot log into my account!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the matching set. They are super quiet and hold a surprisingly lot of clothes without over filling it. I also like the automatic detergent dispenser. So far I love them.

It is a nice washer but it makes an ungodly amount of noise and sometimes the clothes seem too dry when I take them out, as if the water never wet them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This unit does offer a More Water option. This option adds approximately 3 gallons to the wash and rinse portions of the cycle. For more information on this feature, please refer to page 11 of the owner's manual.
