Dont waste ur money

Smells terrible does not clean clothes. On 3rd one since may 2026. Now its screaching and squealing when it spins.very loud washer in general

My washer quit working a week after the warranty was up. I put it on and it keeps switching off. So disappointed.

Poor quality

I am very disappointed that after 1 year and 4 months, my wash machine needs expensive repairs. My old wash machine was 20 years old without issues. I cannot find a number to contact GE and my serviceman says I’m out of luck

Great addition to my laundry routine

The large capacity easily handles bulky loads, which means fewer wash cycles and less time spent doing laundry. I really appreciate the Smart Wash and Smart Rinse features because they take some of the guesswork out of choosing the right settings. The steam option is helpful for refreshing clothes and tackling tougher messes, and the UltraFresh Vent System+ is a thoughtful feature for keeping the washer feeling fresh between loads. It also has a sleek, modern look that makes the laundry room feel more upgraded. Overall, it is convenient, spacious, and packed with useful teatures.

Okay, but would choose differently.

I'm on my second washer after having to return the first one. This second one seems to continue to "run" even when not in use. I've addressed the technical issues as noted, and it continues to do this. Just very frustrating coming off of an LG that worked for 14 years.

We recommend performing a power reset by disconnecting the washer from power for a few minutes or turning it off at the circuit breaker. Once power is restored, check the washer's operation. We also recommend checking the SmartHQ app to see if a software update is available. Sleek, quiet, energy efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how sleek this washer looks because it has been elevating my laundry experience. This washer has 12 presets cycles which keeps my washing decision making quick and easy. This said, I typically stick with the “normal” or “quick wash” because they are effective and do an amazing job at taking my clothes through all the cycles in a timely manner. I also love the soft jingle that is used when selecting any cycle or button it is a lovely way for me to know what buttons I am pushing. I LOVE my washer.

All though we have only had it for a few days it's been great. Love the features and options. we shall see after a year or so. I am a fan of GE products so expectation is very high.

Very Noisy, a lot of claking when running washer. I was told when I purchaserd the condo that their was a "delay" issue when filling.
