Amazing capacity; easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is amazing. The capacity is great: I just washed 10 days worth of clothes in one batch! The noise is low. I made an easy adjustment with household pliers to the leveling feet, and voila! no more shaking or noise. I think most people don’t realize what a simple adjustment that is. My washer is in my garage, and the floor isn’t perfectly level. This washer is easy to use. The display is simple and clear. I’ve only had this washer two days, and I am looking forward to using advanced features such as WiFi.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer last April and had it installed shortly after. Of course, 4 months after the warranty expires, the washer no longer turns on and the door is locked shut. We had to unscrew the door to get our clothes out and the last cycle never fully drained. It's definitely an issue with the electronic board, as it was sporadically not working and then now altogether will not turn on. Very disappointed that a washer doesn't work after 16 months. Do not recommend this product!

This washer cannot get balanced. Even with light load, it is very unstable and shakes terribly.

We would like to help and provide some guidance. To help with keeping your washer balanced, we suggest increasing the load size if washing a small load containing heavy and light items. Additionally, make sure you are not overloading the unit. The dry weight of the load should be less than 16 lbs. Worst washer ever.

Many problems occur only after 2 years of use.
Showing door problem, but after replacing the door lock, it works only for one week.
The pomp filter is clean.
Drain hose is installed correctly.
Works great where it is empty.
Now is useless.
Repairing the washer is to expensive, is like buying new.
Newer GE again.
