On bulking bedding AND towels setting, it is so loud it is annoying & embarrassing.

We want to help you with the sound level of your washer. First, make sure the unit is properly leveled. To check, gently push and pull on the back right and then the back left corners of the washer. If it rocks or feels uneven, adjust the rubber leveling legs until all four are firmly touching the floor and securely locked in place. Proper leveling can help reduce excess noise during operation.

Great washing machine with a minor issue

This washer does a great job and we really like the auto dispense and venting features. We would have rated it five stars but we are currently having an issue fixed by a service tech under warranty, it randomly goes into cancel mode and continues to run. This has happened 3-4 times in the last six months and does not affect the washing machine's performance, just perplexing.

Excellent Washer

The capacity of this washer is HUGE!! Very nice washer. Does a great job. I like the Smart app and giving you notifications of where the cycles are during the wash. It is not as quiet as some other units, but it is not as loud as other just the same. The noise level is tolerable. I did change the door swing which was fairly straight forward, but when I went to reinstall the door lock, the locking mechanism locked up and would not let the door shut. I had to purchase a door lock due to that not really being a warranty issue. I wasn't sure if I was the culprit of making it lock up or not. The new install of the door lock was very easy once I got the new one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great washer

So far, so good. We love our new GE washer. The machine is very intuitive and easy to use. Very quiet and seems to clean very well. It handles quite a large amount of clothes in one wash, which makes it efficient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Another disappointment to Match the Pairing Dryer

1 star for the capacity - it does hold a LOT; 1 star for the no mold feature (although its too new to tell - it seems to be better than the last front loads); the rest doesn't deserve much - incredibly noisy (although all reviews did say so ITS SO TRUE); Features for loads are not suitable; Nearly always have to use extra water cycle; Sadly for GE, its a disappointment overall

We recommend first checking that the drain hose behind the unit is not kinked or clogged. You will want to also check that the pump filter isn't clogged. We also suggest trying an electronic reset. This can be done by unplugging the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in. If none of the troubleshooting helps, then we recommend scheduling service with our Bodewell team.
