Washer is extremely loud. It also gets off balance and walks very easily.

There are so many options to meet your washing needs in style. On top of that the bigger tub allows good portioned washes in less than an hour cycles for my family of 5. I also enjoy being able to look in on my wash with the glass lid.

Solid washer. Awesome features, but noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Employee of ge_appliances] Coming from a smaller older unit, there are several things to like about this washer. I love the look of this washer, with the sleek design and the Sapphire Blue color. The large capacity is great for a large household and Smart Dispense is a great feature. Phone notifications from the SmartHQ App at the end of the cycle and for unattended loads are very helpful as well.
My only complaint so far has to do with noise. Overall, this unit is very noisy. The water valves are loud, the drain pump is loud, agitation is loud, and the spin cycle is loud. Even with the excessive noise, I am quite satisfied with this washer
