we have owned this machine for 3 months,the repairman has been here 3 times already and will be back for a 4th time. the machine hardly puts in enough water to cover the clothes. washer constantly goes out of balance,the springs were replaced and that did nothing.now it doesn"t spin at all now. the repair guy now has ordered a new computerboard and a new motor! will not be out for another 2 weeks.this machine is a piece of junk and do not reccommend it at all

We see that you are actively working with one of our Bodewell service technicians to get this balancing, motor, and control board issue resolved, and we are confident that they will get your washer back up and running as quickly as possible. Also, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced in washers. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers, such as this one, are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary.

Horrible piece of junk!!

Frustrating piece of machinery. I bought both this washer and dryer and immediately started having problems with the washing machine. Will not hold water, even on the deep fill cycle so the clothes are agitating in about an inch of water. Tying the clothes into knots. Then the dispensers are still full of water when the cycle is done. Terrible experience. I will NOT buy another GE appliance. While this was still under warranty I had a tech come out, ordered repair parts, installed them and still the thing doesn't work.

It is not abnormal to see the detergent dispenser have water in it after the wash cycle has complete, as this is to ensure the detergent has been flushed into the wash tub. However, we do advise getting this Deep Fill issue properly addressed, as the unit should hold the extra water that has been added to the tub. Really quiet with cool features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice washer and a noticeable upgrade from my 600 series that I was using before. It's quiet and handles everything we can throw at it. We have a lot of pets, so we're running this thing constantly and I forget it's even running until I get the notification from the SmartHQ app that it's finished. The new Laundry Assistant in the app is really cool and tells me how to get all kinds of stains out and even sets my washer to the right cycle for my clothes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In love with this washer! From the sleek look to the time of cycles. There are so many options to meet your washing needs in style. On top of that the bigger tub allows good portioned washes in less than an hour cycles for my family of 5. I also enjoy being able to look in on my wash with the glass lid.

Great purchase with the GE Profile Washer with Smarter Wash Technology and Adaptive Smart Dispense and has was a 5.4 Capacity tub. Like the features for washing different items and the dispenser for the Tide Pods
