If your washer has very low water pressure, both the wash and rinse cycles may be shorted with water, which increases detergent concentrations and hence residual detergent in the load. It’s extremely important that the washer is properly leveled and all 4 leveling legs are firmly on an even floor space. This will help to reduce out of balance occurrences during the cycle. Additionally, it’s important that the tub is loaded evenly, with the weight of the load equally distributed. Unbalanced loads can cause out of balance occurrences.
