Love the efficiency of this Washer!

Brand new owner. I've done six loads using various settings on the Washer. So far so good and I like how efficient this machine is, ideal capacity for me and ease of use.

Missing auto-dispense for softener

Missing the auto-dispense for softener! We recently moved and had to buy a new washer/dryer since the new house did not have a gas hookup for our old (10+ years) dryer. Our old washer (GE Profile) had auto-dispense for both detergent and softener. This one only has detergent.

I love my sapphire blue GE Profile washer. I have 2 homes & I have one at each home. Easy to operate. Quiet. Quality made. And it's gorgeous!

we have owned this machine for 3 months,the repairman has been here 3 times already and will be back for a 4th time. the machine hardly puts in enough water to cover the clothes. washer constantly goes out of balance,the springs were replaced and that did nothing.now it doesn"t spin at all now. the repair guy now has ordered a new computerboard and a new motor! will not be out for another 2 weeks.this machine is a piece of junk and do not reccommend it at all
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We see that you are actively working with one of our Bodewell service technicians to get this balancing, motor, and control board issue resolved, and we are confident that they will get your washer back up and running as quickly as possible. Also, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced in washers. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers, such as this one, are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary.
