I’m enjoying my new top load washer! Way better than the front load. Washes well. So far so good. Easy to control and has different cycles. Nice and deep.

Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. Horrible washing machine, especially for the price

This is the worst washer I have ever had and strongly recommend other customers from making the same horrible error I made when deciding to purchase it. It was an expensive model but from the first day I used it have absolutely struggled to keep loads level...

We are more than glad to assist you with balancing your washer. First, make sure the unit is leveled. The washer needs to be level and sitting on a good, solid floor. This stabilizes the unit. To level, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down.
We also recommend stop the machine and redistributing the load. The more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation.

just installed and already see a difference in my clothes. i did not add softener and yet they are softer and feel in better condition than before. i was concerned using the smart features would be difficult. i find it easy to use and get going.

This washer is huge inside, but the same size outside. It does a great job of getting clothes clean. I like it without the agitator. It self levels when it is off balance. It is a bit noisy, but I am ok with that.

Absolutely LOVE My new washing machine! It’s extremely efficient, quiet and I love the color. I also really appreciate the smart setting so you can just fill the container with detergent and it will dispense the appropriate amount based on the size load that you put in. At first it looks like it’s not enough water but if you watch the way it agitates and rolls the clothes through the water so that everything rinses through without being completely submerged which wastes water. It also has a very large capacity and is able to handle whole bedding set in one go. So I can wash the blankets and sheets all together with no problem. It also does an excellent job on the spin cycle so your items are almost dry already when you move them over to the dryer. The controls are easy to use and understand. All-around excellent machine! A++
