Horrible piece of junk!!

Frustrating piece of machinery. I bought both this washer and dryer and immediately started having problems with the washing machine. Will not hold water, even on the deep fill cycle so the clothes are agitating in about an inch of water. Tying the clothes into knots. Then the dispensers are still full of water when the cycle is done. Terrible experience. I will NOT buy another GE appliance. While this was still under warranty I had a tech come out, ordered repair parts, installed them and still the thing doesn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We would like to provide guidance with your new washer. It is not abnormal to see the detergent dispenser have water in it after the wash cycle has complete, as this is to ensure the detergent has been flushed into the wash tub. However, we do advise getting this Deep Fill issue properly addressed, as the unit should hold the extra water that has been added to the tub. Despise this washer

I hate this washer. I have had it for less than a month and it constantly errors out in loads, no matter what I do, no matter how I balance the load, the size of load, etc. I would return it if I could.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend resetting your washer by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function and eliminate the error codes, this will require service by a qualified technician. The best washing machine I've ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this washing machine. It holds so much laundry, is quick and provides a great wash. I love that the machine senses how much water the load needs but I can still adjust the settings as I see fit. Connected to the SmartHQ app I can monitor my laundry, get notifications when the cycle is complete and even reminders when the cycle has been complete for 30 minutes but not yet moved to the dryer. And the cherry on top, the sapphire blue finish is so so beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love all of the features of this washer with very large capacity, I can even wash my king size comforter! The GE Appliances app is great, you can make changes to the default settings for each cycle, and you can set up notifications that tell you when a load is finished. The reason I took off 1 star is due how easily the washer gets off balance, it will try (and most of the time is successful) to self-balance but it is noisy during this process and the machine can move around a little more than I would prefer. Overall, I am satisfied with the washer
