Don’t Buy!!!!

The plastic lid on the washer has cracked and disintegrated. It’s only two years old. Also even after running the washer cleaner it still stinks!! I am thinking of replacing. Too bad I have to spend more money. I would never buy GE again!!!

Constant balancing issues, walks away from the walls, and inconsistent in how clean the clothes are. Also the detergent port has never worked so there is an entire bottle of inside the machine. Previously we had a front load washer and we grew tired of constantly cleaning out the door seal. We honestly liked the blue color and that’s where my liking stops. This was purchased as a set and the dryer has a god awful squealing noise coming from the idler pulley, and the only way to address it is to take the entire dryer apart. I will certainly second guess this purchase and will absolutely get rid of this washing machine before its life cycle runs out. New idler pulley is on order for the dryer and medication is on order for my sanity.

This is the worst washer I have owned. I am now retired and on a fixed income so have no choice but to live with my purchase. The noise level is through the roof and it becomes unlevel while it spins out even though the washer is level. Definitely regret my purchase and would never recommend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible washing machine, especially for the price

This is the worst washer I have ever had and strongly recommend other customers from making the same horrible error I made when deciding to purchase it. It was an expensive model but from the first day I used it have absolutely struggled to keep loads level...

We are more than glad to assist you with balancing your washer. First, make sure the unit is leveled. The washer needs to be level and sitting on a good, solid floor. This stabilizes the unit. To level, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down.
We also recommend stop the machine and redistributing the load. The more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The large capacity allows for a lot of clothes to be washed at once which is great. The clothes come out almost dry for most of the cycles, which is to be expected. The downsides are it can be a little loud during the wash cycle but it's easy to ignore and not that intrusive. The connected app is great at reminding you when the clothes are almost done and lets you know when damp clothes have been sitting in the washer.
