Don’t Buy!!!!

The plastic lid on the washer has cracked and disintegrated. It’s only two years old. Also even after running the washer cleaner it still stinks!! I am thinking of replacing. Too bad I have to spend more money. I would never buy GE again!!!

Despise this washer

I hate this washer. I have had it for less than a month and it constantly errors out in loads, no matter what I do, no matter how I balance the load, the size of load, etc. I would return it if I could.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend resetting your washer by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function and eliminate the error codes, this will require service by a qualified technician. Very Loud for a Smart technology washer.

Just purchased this washer and I'm not impressed. It is very loud and doesn't seem to be anything remarkable for the price that they charged. I was hoping that this model had the smart link where the dryer detects the proper settings from the washer but it does not. For the cost I would expect it to have all of the bells and whistles. As far as cleaning the laundry it's nothing special. My old washer which was an LG did a better job and was quieter and cost less. I had it for 12 years and decided to try this based on a recommendation. I hope I won't be disappointed but after reading several negative reviews I'm worried. Time will tell. Pros would be the smart dispense and app that notify you when the wash is complete but that's about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Constant balancing issues, walks away from the walls, and inconsistent in how clean the clothes are. Also the detergent port has never worked so there is an entire bottle of inside the machine. Previously we had a front load washer and we grew tired of constantly cleaning out the door seal. We honestly liked the blue color and that’s where my liking stops. This was purchased as a set and the dryer has a god awful squealing noise coming from the idler pulley, and the only way to address it is to take the entire dryer apart. I will certainly second guess this purchase and will absolutely get rid of this washing machine before its life cycle runs out. New idler pulley is on order for the dryer and medication is on order for my sanity.
