[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved it for a few weeks. Our washer is not working correctly (doesn't clean and has left some large spots randomly.
"I HAVE NOT" not reached out for help.
So, stuff happens, we'll see how it goes.

We'd like to assist with your washer's cleaning performance and the large spots on your laundry. To ensure the best washing results, be sure to only use HE detergents with your washer, properly load the washer, and select the right cycle settings for the load. The spots on your laundry are caused by the use of too much fabric softener. Be sure to only pour the recommended amount of liquid fabric softener into the compartment labeled “Fabric Softener." Please don't exceed the maximum fill line. Overfilling can cause early dispensing of the fabric softener, which could stain your clothes. Additionally, it's extremely important that you select the "Extra Rinse" option when using fabric softener. This setting ensures that the fabric softener is properly rinsed from the load.

Bad investment

It's supposed to have a balancing feature...it does not. The machine shakes and moves from side to side. Supposed to have an automatic soap dispenser...can't tell. I don't see suds on any setting. Supposed to run quietly, not at all. Overall, I made a terrible investment.
On the other hand, it does look nice.

We encourage you to review page 25, step 7 of the Owner's Manual to ensure your washer is level - https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--7SJ2Cn5O--/c7cd23acabd0dde381486804fd70bf93a72f5b8b.pdf. Your washer offers Smart Dispense or it can be operated by adding detergent per load. This is described on pages 16-17 of the manual. We recommend using HE (high efficiency) detergent which is formulated for the newer model washers. This type of detergent doesn't generate suds like non-HE detergents. If you continue to have issues, please call our GE Appliances service team - Bodewell at 1-833-426-3393 to have your unit evaluated and repaired as needed.

A great addition to the family

I am really pleased with the performance of the GE Washing Machine. The tub drying function is a great function as there is no smell or build up of soap film on the sealing ring. The unit has an outstanding sanitation mode that has leaves the towels clean and fresh.

I like the features like no mold protective layer, ventilation will happen after cycles, wifi, smart technology overall that other brands are missing, makes laundry an up to date product, recommend to families looking to do all those heavy loads quicker.

Unit is a bit noisy, nothing crazy but it is something to consider.
Love the ability to pair it with my dryer and automatically configure the dryer cycle
