Okay, but would choose differently.

I'm on my second washer after having to return the first one. This second one seems to continue to "run" even when not in use. I've addressed the technical issues as noted, and it continues to do this. Just very frustrating coming off of an LG that worked for 14 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We want to assist with your washer continuing to run when not in use. We recommend performing a power reset by disconnecting the washer from power for a few minutes or turning it off at the circuit breaker. Once power is restored, check the washer's operation. We also recommend checking the SmartHQ app to see if a software update is available. Sleek, quiet, energy efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how sleek this washer looks because it has been elevating my laundry experience. This washer has 12 presets cycles which keeps my washing decision making quick and easy. This said, I typically stick with the “normal” or “quick wash” because they are effective and do an amazing job at taking my clothes through all the cycles in a timely manner. I also love the soft jingle that is used when selecting any cycle or button it is a lovely way for me to know what buttons I am pushing. I LOVE my washer.

All though we have only had it for a few days it's been great. Love the features and options. we shall see after a year or so. I am a fan of GE products so expectation is very high.

Nice washer

Very Noisy, a lot of claking when running washer. I was told when I purchaserd the condo that their was a "delay" issue when filling.

I understand appliances aren't built to last as long ~ but 2 control boards within a year when the washer is 4 years olds is still disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is GOOD but not GREAT

It struggles to spin heavy comforters. There is no way to select JUST spin cycle without additional rinse. It would be good if all the cycles were modifiable. The app struggles to maintain connection with GE (it doesn't just connect your phone with the washer, it also needs to contact GE) so fails to find the washer about 35% of the time- though it does eventually recover without reinstalling. There's no mention of where to put the liquid bleach. I love being notified when the washer is done, and the automatic detergent dispenser is wonderful. Even VERY full loads come out clean. The lint filter is easy to clean.
