We want to help you with the sound level of your washer. First, make sure the unit is properly leveled. To check, gently push and pull on the back right and then the back left corners of the washer. If it rocks or feels uneven, adjust the rubber leveling legs until all four are firmly touching the floor and securely locked in place. Proper leveling can help reduce excess noise during operation.

The spots on your laundry are caused by the use of too much fabric softener. Be sure to only pour the recommended amount of liquid fabric softener into the compartment labeled “Fabric Softener." Please don't exceed the maximum fill line. Overfilling can cause early dispensing of the fabric softener, which could stain your clothes. Additionally, it's extremely important that you select the "Extra Rinse" option when using fabric softener. This setting ensures that the fabric softener is properly rinsed from the load.
