Verdict still out

Verdict is still out on this. Not sure if it's the installers fault or the fault of the washer. Makes squeaking sound as it is washing, whether it is in wash cycle or spin cycle. It is currently on a pedestal but, it shakes and moves quite a bit. The installers put some type of sheet under the feet and the washer moved so much that they are not on the sheets anymore. With that said it is noisy probably due to the squeaking and movement. They are supposed to come look at it this week. We'll see.

You can fit so many items in these machines…I’m legit obsessed. The cycles run smooth and quiet. So many features to pick from it makes it so easy to wash just about anything. So far I loveeeeee it.

Truly CLEAN clothing

The capacity is amazing. We have an oversized king down comforter and it fits nicely and washes well! We live in the country and have blue collar jobs, which creates very dirty clothing. I love the prewash and deciding the soil factor. I love the ability to quickly switch between liquid and powder detergent. My clothing comes out fresh and clean. This is a fantastic washer!

Horrible spin capabilities

Works ok but has a horrible time spinning out king comforters or mattress pads . If you want a washer you need to babysit all the time this is is it.

We want to help out with your washer and the spin cycle during heavier loads. The first thing we suggest inspecting is if the washer is completely level to the ground. Being on an uneven surface can cause excess movement and balance compensation.
It is also important to sort the load optimally, we recommend not mixing heavy items with lighter items.
