This washer gets such a bad moldy, mildewy smell. I wash it once a month, use the correct detergent etc. It still gets such a bad odor. I try to wipe it down after each load but seriously, should I have to do that? Washing machines are supposed to make your life easier. This one takes more time to maintain than it saves.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Connect WIFI

The washer looks and operates fine but your instructions to connect to WIFI are lacking. First, I need to know how to turn on the WIFI unit on the machine so it can be connected to home WIFI.

wow do i love this washing machine. I have had GE before, and have always loved it. This is easy to use. Easy light touch buttons, even my husband who has MD can use this machine

This is a phenomenal piece of art! It is quite easy to use and a beautiful addition to your laundry room! I purchased mine and it was quickly delivered and expertly installed. Now I actually look forward to doing the laundry. =)

It’s quiet!

This unit is so quiet, I can’t even hear it running. It’s large and in charge! The steam cycles are great, and I can tell a huge difference in the wash quality and how fresh my clothes are now. I love the 30 load liquid dispenser for detergent. I wish they would also add a color bleach, whites bleach and fabric softener holder just like the detergent! The washes are a bit slower than my old one so I have to turn in fast cycle included on the display

I love this washer

So I cannot state long term use because I just received my washer and dryer. I will add that I received a washer that did not work and had to wait over two weeks for a new one from the company I purchased from. From my short use, I am loving my new washer and features. I have not used all the settings yet, but from the performance I have experienced I love this washer. I am highly impressed with the dryer to link to the wash cycle and set the dryer. I hope this washer last me many year.

Still too new to rate

I bought this after looking over many reviews. One thing I’m having trouble with is occasionally I throw in a single item and it won’t spin the water out. Not sure why this does it but I have tried multiple times and still sopping wet.
