Do Not Buy!

This washer is awful. It makes a deafening noise when spinning. It sounds like a gunshot when the water supply turns off and the door latch release is extremely loud too. It shakes violently during spin cycle no matter the size of the load. Service has been out and they didn't do anything about the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Another disappointment to Match the Pairing Dryer

1 star for the capacity - it does hold a LOT; 1 star for the no mold feature (although its too new to tell - it seems to be better than the last front loads); the rest doesn't deserve much - incredibly noisy (although all reviews did say so ITS SO TRUE); Features for loads are not suitable; Nearly always have to use extra water cycle; Sadly for GE, its a disappointment overall

Does 10 yr limited warranty take care of this

We recommend first checking that the drain hose behind the unit is not kinked or clogged. You will want to also check that the pump filter isn't clogged. You can find instructions for cleaning the pump filter on page 21 in the user manual here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--crMY4WWq--/c7cd23acabd0dde381486804fd70bf93a72f5b8b.pdf
We also suggest trying an electronic reset. This can be done by unplugging the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in. If none of the troubleshooting helps, then we recommend scheduling service with our Bodewell team. You can do so by calling 1-833-426-3393 or by visiting this link: https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service

Regret buying GE

Do not buy GE the gasket has mold within a year even with the vent cycles. Waste of money as I have the machine apart to do a yearly (?) gasket replacement

Connect WIFI

The washer looks and operates fine but your instructions to connect to WIFI are lacking. First, I need to know how to turn on the WIFI unit on the machine so it can be connected to home WIFI.

wow do i love this washing machine. I have had GE before, and have always loved it. This is easy to use. Easy light touch buttons, even my husband who has MD can use this machine
