Not a great option

I have had this unit for 3 years now. Not really happy with it. I have had service out4 times already. Now it is leaking again and I can't hook it up to the app so I can monitor when it is done. Plus the fresh option does NOT keep it fresh! Cleaning the drain is difficult and I was told if you do the clean cycle it would clean out the trap/drain, it doesn't. I now have to call service AGAIN! Thank God I purchased the extended warranty. Now I cannot log into my account!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this after looking over many reviews. One thing I’m having trouble with is occasionally I throw in a single item and it won’t spin the water out. Not sure why this does it but I have tried multiple times and still sopping wet.

Beautiful to look at

Love the green . It is beautiful to look at while doing laundry! It is efficient and I can’t wait to try out the Wifi application when the internet gets installed. The sounds when the machine ends is really music to my ears no more annoying sounds just a Delightful sound!
