Love this washer. The size is perfect for king size bedding or sleeping bags. Very quiet. I wish it had a signal for completion, but I haven't found that yet.

Best for the family!

As a family of 5 the washing machine is the steering wheels of the home. This has the largest capacity, versatility for different loads and makes laundry easy even for my 7yr old with the ability to pre-load laundry detergent I’m not worried about waste.
I would recommend this to a friend!

horrible washer

this is the worst washer I have ever owned, I have to wash my clothes twice a and then final rinse them again and they still have an odor, it says "odor guard" and I really didn't know what that meant until I was researching front load washers, I hate that I wasted my $$ on this washer!!!!

Great washer !!

We have a king size bed and bulky sheets and blankets are no problem in this washer. It is quiet and the change in cycles are seamless. I highly recommend this washer to resolve all of your wash day problems.

We recommend first checking that the drain hose behind the unit is not kinked or clogged. You will want to also check that the pump filter isn't clogged. You can find instructions for cleaning the pump filter on page 21 in the user manual here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--crMY4WWq--/c7cd23acabd0dde381486804fd70bf93a72f5b8b.pdf
We also suggest trying an electronic reset. This can be done by unplugging the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in. If none of the troubleshooting helps, then we recommend scheduling service with our Bodewell team. You can do so by calling 1-833-426-3393 or by visiting this link: https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service
