I had a Tineco for the past four years and needed a replacement. The Narwal had all the features of the top of the line tineco for a fraction of the cost and cleans so much better than my old one. I’m in love with the technology while maintaining simplicity and ease of use. The ability to lay flat while operating, smart dirt detection, long battery life, heated roller sanitizing and drying, edge to edge cleaning, separate detergent compartment, and overall functionality have converted me from Tineco.

I really love this mop! I don’t have to vacuum first and then mop—the S20 Pro does both at the same time. The battery lasts up to 60 minutes, which is great for cleaning a big house in one stretch.

Love it! It’s very easy to put together and left my floors so shiny and clean. When it was time to clean the dirty dispenser it was very easy because it separates the dirty water from debris very well. Excellent machine ❤️
