Effortless Cleaning

I really love this mop! I don’t have to vacuum first and then mop—the S20 Pro does both at the same time. The battery lasts up to 60 minutes, which is great for cleaning a big house in one stretch.

I have tried other dry/wet vacuums and this is by far the best one. It has great suction, the water comes out with every stroke, it tells you where the floor is more dirty, the water needs to be changed, when it's cleaning, it's self propelling, and the battery lasts a decent amount of time. I do wish the clean water tank was bigger. I have to refill it about 2 times just to do my downstairs. I have no carpet downstairs, but the battery usually lasts the whole time. I found that if I stand the handle up, it says "cleaning paused", that usually makes the battery last longer. I have found that it will say that I have to clean it in the middle of vacuuming before I can finish, which is a little annoying. I don't do the whole cleaning process, just enough to get the roller clean. I'm not exactly sure why it can't make it through my entire vacuuming and then have me clean it. Other than those few things, I can't think of a negative. I'm really glad I watched reviews before purchasing and chose this dry/wet vacuum. I would definitely purchase it again and probably other products from this company. My husband on the other hand, thinks the price is too much. ;)

I just bought my S20 and replaced my Tineco 5. I love the Narwal so much more! It is easy to push. The detergent will last up to 40 days once you fill up the detergent tank. So you don’t have to continually stop to fill up the clean water tank as you do with the Tineco. It doesn’t use as much water as the Tineco so I only had to empty the dirty water tank once when I was done mopping. The battery life is awesome! I still had 50% of a charge left when I was done cleaning my floors.I love the fact that the brush is disinfected and dried when you’re done using the machine. It also has dual edge cleaning which the Tineco did not. Overall, this machine is a much better product than the Tineco. Well done Narwal!!

I had a Tineco for the past four years and needed a replacement. The Narwal had all the features of the top of the line tineco for a fraction of the cost and cleans so much better than my old one. I’m in love with the technology while maintaining simplicity and ease of use. The ability to lay flat while operating, smart dirt detection, long battery life, heated roller sanitizing and drying, edge to edge cleaning, separate detergent compartment, and overall functionality have converted me from Tineco.

I am amazed how wonderful this vacuum/mop cleaner performs. I have a lot of tile and I would spend hours cleaning. First vacuuming and then using a mop and 2 buckets, emptying the water constantly so my floors were clean. This has changed everything. It is so easy to use and does it all. All you have to do is guide it over the floor. I was a little concerned I wouldn’t understand what to do as I find myself technologically challenged, but I easily figured it out and it helps that it talks to you! I highly recommend you try it!

I love this vacuum mop. It has cut down my cleaning time exponentially. The amount of time it saves helps it pay for itself very quickly. My floors feel the cleanest they have ever felt. Definitely recommend!
