The mbps internet download and upload speeds for my old router ranged between 16 and 75...same with upload speeds. My new ASUS RT-AX1800s for downloads averaged 475mbps and 530 mbps for uploads. The installation was very well documented and the ASUS smart phone app was truly helpful. The installation instructions were clear, succinct, well diagrammed and even at my age, 85, easy to implement.

To resolve this issue, ensure your phone is connected to your home Wi-Fi network, try doing a power cycle by unplugging the router, wait for about a minute, then plug it back in. If the problem persists, try pressing the reset button on the back of the router for 5-10 seconds, then release, and update the router's firmware if outdated. The most current firmware is posted at: https://www.asus.com/us/networking-iot-servers/wifi-routers/asus-wifi-routers/rt-ax1800s/helpdesk_bios?model2Name=RT-AX1800S. Lastly, reinstall the application. Additionally, check if this router's security credentials matches with your ISP's modem/gateway security information.
