Same Ol Same Ol......(problems)

I'm so disappointed ...AGAIN! You got the mostest badassest Hard Drive on the market half the size of a pop tart and about as thin and same as problem years ago I had with Western Digital you guys don't take serious enough to fix. You should be able to plug your hard drive into you Mac or PC and not have it freak on you working on one platform and not at all on the other. If you cannot at least get your software or strike whatever deal you guys need to do especially after all these years. That much should be across the board already as a given. So for &*^##!! sake we got ai here and you guys are still arguing who bigger with the right light.
