A Hand Warmer

After less than 12 months of use, the drive has bricked. The drive no longer launches when connected with either a thunderbolt or other USB-C cable. Indicator lights and the device gets warm, but no way to access the data. Not a good investment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Literally the fastest and smallest external SSD I've ever owned. I have the T7, but this is far better. No regrets. Best purchase. I was considering others, but this literally was the best. It takes seconds to show up on my MacBook and S23. I use it daily to record my videos for YouTube. So fast, I can't imagine it being faster. I edit my videos off it with final cut pro and NO lag whatsoever. Very happy with my purchase. I love the grip addition in comparison to the T7. Prevents dropping easily, WHICH IVE DONE IN THE PAST.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fairly easy to use, once you get it set up, which can be a daunting task, especially if using a non-Samsung phone. Mine was no problem setting up, as I use a Samsung Fold. My elderly mother, however, uses some other brand phone and it took me forever to set hers up. Otherwise, good product. Does what it's supposed to. Gives me some piece of mind that photos are backed up elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
