Necessary Compact Companion for any Creator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a tech enthusiast, I appreciate being chosen to try new products and it was an honor to try the Samsung T9 SSD campaign. I love the exceptional speed and the compatibility it has with many of my products across different brands. I am adamantly creating documents, transferring creative files, videos and photos from all of my devices that range from a few megabytes to hundreds and even gigabytes camera and I did not have to wait several lifetimes to transfer them or did I ever receive any error messages. Its compact design and quality was top tier. It easily fit in my pocket, purse, laptop bag, etc. I liked that it had a sleek metallic/matte look with a gripping texture. Hopefully it comes in more colors to match my array of femininely colored products, but I’ll take this design as well lol. I’ve noticed that in comparison to my usb drive connector that transferring several files can cause it to overheat in comparison to the Samsung T9 SSD device, I did not notice any overheating or delay. As I mentioned before, it is extremely fast and reliable compared to standard external devices that often lose connectivity mid transfer or download. With many download or transfer speeds reaching only about 15-20mb/s even in the best WiFi, I was able to achieve a consistent speed of over ~1,000 mb/s despite my location and write speeds was approximately the same in mb/s or a few hundred shy, but not noticeable. Because I am a content creator and designer, this is an ideal product for me and those alike. I also enjoyed the ability to have any and all files and the entire device protected by security measures that included password protection and encryption. I am always skeptical of any information vulnerabilities so features like this are always welcomed.
I would definitely recommend this device to tech enthusiasts or anyone that needs the space and speed to get those creative jobs done or simply to organize their life. It has room for everyone of with different interests.

The Holy Grail of Hard-drives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner is an aerobatic pilot and we take a lot of in-flight footage with our camera that we affixed to the tip of his plane's wing. As you can imagine, 4K footage running as long as up to an hour, takes up a lot of room on the camera's sd card and since every ounce onboard counts for aerobatic flying and long-distance flights, having a compact hard drive to dump footage onto has also enabled us to take double the footage. I've also cancelled my dropbox membership -- accessing the photos and content on the drive are just as fast, if not faster, than accessing my dropbox files. The exterior is a velvety matte material that provides ample grip, and the fact that I could drop it, throw it, impact it without harming the contents is just the cherry on top for a scatterbrained frequent traveler like me.

I have been carrying around a USB C dongle for those emergency uses when I travel but seemed to always run out of space at the wrong time. This drive lets me transfer data from any computer extremely fast and the rubber outer skin is reassuring that I won't break anything as I go through airport security or shove my backpack into overhead bins.

This is the perfect backup drive for all my music and pictures. The speed of transfers is unbelievably fast! I backed up my everything in less than minute!!! I've had backup drives for a long time now and this is by far the best backup drive I have ever owned!! This would be perfect for gaming too!
The size is beyond perfect! You can slide it in your pocket and its smaller than my wallet! It is very easy to transport!
This drive checks all the boxes for me, and I definitely recommend this drive to anyone looking for one!
