[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago, it keeps my food cold, freezer work ok, it has a buzzing noise from the freezer motor??since the day it was installed. I've reached out to the company I purchased it from, as well as Whirlpool Customer Service.

Repair Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to have multiple vendors come out as the first vendor did not have the certification to open the refrigerant box. The second vendor did not have the parts and had to order them with a 6 week wait time. No one should have to be without a refrigerator this long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Energy-efficient Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge was given to me as part of a PG&E program to trade in my old refrigerator for a more energy-efficient one, and it's great! It's roomier and well-lit than my old one. Best of all it fit into the place where my old one was, I was afraid it would be too tall.
