No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I this refrigerator since my old 23yr old one stopped get cold in the lower section. I hope this one last long. But I wonder. I can see now a days companies try save money by making with cheaper quality materials.
The rack selves have wider spacing between metal rods so narrow items can fall over.....like boxes of cereal fall over. And it did not come with the ice maker, not even ice trays or box put ice in. That is cheap of maker The store wanted to charge me extra for ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing but issues trying to get my fridge fixed. Going on 4 weeks without a fridge. Fridge was only 6months old, will never buy another whirlpool appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
