Microwave Option on Smart HQ is not supported !!

I really wanted to love this oven. It is gorgeous but the functionality is frustrating. One of the main reasons I purchased it was for its Smart HQ capabilities. My Mom is elderly and doesn't see well. The idea of controlling it through voice commands was exciting. It turns out the "microwave" option for this oven is not supported via the app or voice, only the "oven" options. We use the "microwave" option much more frequently and it is so dishearteing to hear this option was not included. Had I known that prior to purchasing I would have found a different option. On top of that, you have to go through several steps just to microwave something for 2 minutes....So disappointed as I love the look.
