Modern and stylish appliance with the latest technology. Lots of great features that are easy to operate. The cookbook is full of good ideas - I particularly like the speed cook recipes.

Multiple appliances combined into one!

When doing a recent kitchen remodel my aim was to free up as much counter space as possible and maximize my cabinet space. This Advantium oven was purchased to replace a separate microwave, countertop air fryer and second wall oven. It looks beautiful paired with my Cafè wall oven with cafe doors in matte white. There was a learning curve on all the available settings, but after making a conscious effort to master its versatility I have no regrets. Be aware if you are replacing a microwave with this oven you will need to change from a glass tray to a metal tray when switching between functions. This could be perceived as a nuisance by some I’m sure, but it is worth it to me for the increased functionality. I keep the trays in a cabinet drawer under the oven and it’s a quick change out as needed. One concern I had before purchasing, was that the microwave feature would not be as accurate as I was used to, but that is definitely not what I’ve experienced. Also, the convection, and speed, reheat functions have proven invaluable. Some of the surprises I have really enjoyed have been a setting for chicken nuggets, breakfast, hashbrowns, and reheating pizza. What other oven does that? I think it’s safe to say this Advantium oven has been the most used of all the appliances I upgraded with my remodel.

Manufacturing defect with the appliance

After the first use, the stainless steel interior of the microwave developed unsightly brown spots that could not be removed through washing. This appears to be a manufacturing defect with the appliance. Unfortunately, this issue is not covered under the warranty. Clearly, the aesthetic appeal of this microwave does not justify the financial burden of addressing this defect by purchasing another.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
