Love Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator over a month now and just love it! I love the French doors and the wide shelves in the doors. The freezer has so much space too. We are getting all new Whirlpool appliances and love the black so much better than stainless steel. I would recommend Whirlpool to all my friends and family.

Excellent Counter Depth Frig!

Gives alot of space for a counter depth, and more than our previous counter depth did. It keeps things very cold as well. The stainless is easy to wipe off, unlike our last stainless fridge. Love it!

Bad design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design is awful! The water dispenser should have been on the right side. That way, you wouldn’t have to open both doors to get water. Plus the water filter should have been on the left side closer to the back since it hangs down. The light fixture hangs down too low. To move the shelves down you lose space that is already tight. I have to have a counter-depth refrigerator because of the design of my kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We needed a new fridge and this is great. I like the space-saving french doors. The filtered water is a nice bonus, without the lost space in the door like you get with an external spout.

ICEMAKER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The icemaking feature is inadequate and it makes ice very, very slowly and I am disappointed with that feature. Has a few other features that I find are pretty small. I was restricted as to what size to purchase due to the opening for the refrigerator but those are the items that come to mind.
