Drawers could be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a Bosch 800 Series when it was deemed too costly to repair after only 6 years. This time I decided to go back to Whirlpool which as a brand I have had before that was trouble free. Overall it’s a good looking appliance that does a great job of keeping foods cold and making mounds of ice. The only complaint are the crisper drawers. They flop around like there are no drawer guides. Very cheap looking and annoying to use.

The parts are not available and have been ordered, with a lead time of 3–4 days for the technician to return. I would suggest implementing stronger quality checks during production to help prevent such issues in new refrigerators at the start.
