Middle Drawer is a Game Changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this fridge installed about 1 weeks ago. It runs much cooler than the old LG / Kenmore one we replaced. The ice maker is significantly better. The middle drawer is a game changer.

Too Many Inadequate Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I looked at this refrigerator in the store I was blissfully unaware of the things that would bother me after it wad installed. It is much noisier than I anticipated, the lighting is completely inadequate, and the manual is one of the worst written I've ever tried to use. It is too generic as it covers several different models. I have read the area on the ice maker and still can't figure out how to open the ice bin. It says to "push the button to release the ice bin." I have pushed and tried to pull the front of the bin to open but it just won't work. I still haven't gotten it open. The side shelves don't hold much, nowhere specific for butter, etc, and the ice maker in the top left makes it much more inefficient than I realized.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Auto Ice Storage Bin (on some models): Your ice storage bin has a lever that allows the storage bin to slide out with the drawer when it is pulled open or to stay in place.
Move the lever to the right to attach the ice storage bin to the freezer drawer.
Move the lever to the left to release the ice storage bin from the freezer drawer.

Much needed space

Installation problematic

Nice with caveats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge replaced a very similar Kenmore, and both had crisper drawers that require both of the French doors to be open before one of the two crispers can be opened. Why? About a half inch off the inside of each crisper would have let them open fully with only one French door open. And I like the ice maker but it is LOUD. Scares the housecat every time it drops and scared me too until I got used to it. The price was also double that of the Kenmore so I hope it lasts twice as long.
