It’s OK but…….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator for a month now since moving. It’s a good refrigerator but there’s some things I don’t like. First, the left door storage is kind of useless because the ice maker takes up most of the room. Second, the shelf in the right side can’t really hold many tall items. Thirdly, the wire drawer in the freezer doesn’t come out on its own. You have to pull it out and push it back in manually. I do like the middle drawer of the refrigerator as it holds quite a lot. The water filter is pretty convenient being on the top and is easy to replace by just pulling it down and inserting a new filter. Do like the water temperature feature on the front and the ability to select a pre measured amount of water. In general I like the refrigerator but honestly, I had a Samsung Bespoke smart refrigerator at my last house and I absolutely loved it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks nice, but very loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator a month ago and I didn't want to rush with the review. The ice maker is very loud both when dropping the ice cubes and when filling up. When closing the top doors, you must give an extra push to make sure the doors are closed, otherwise one of the doors might be slightly open. Major issue inside is the hugh amount of space that the ice maker takes up. I should have read the reviews before making the purchase.
We picked this refrigerator because the stainless steel matched our dishwasher. The other Whirlpool refrigerator had a better layout inside.

Service is not what was expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement refrigerator for an issue with the freezer door seal. Now this one has the same issue and Whirlpool is not returning our calls. The refrigerator looks nice but there may be a quality and service issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this model because of limited width-space between cabinets. Perfect choice, so far. Followed the recommendations on allowing unit to cool down completely for a couple days before "complaining". Easy access to what you are looking for, so you don't have to open both sides. Love the pull-out drawer for meats and cheeses. The freezer is plenty for just the 2 of us. The only thing I hesitate in reviewing is the ice maker. Not very big storage bin. We may just place a bin in freezer section and "feed it" when we have people over.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great refrigerator and fantastic ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. It took about 48 hours for the temperature to stabilize. Now it is perfectly holding at 38 degrees just a degree lower then my setting, which is ok. The ice-maker works extremely well and kicks out ice ten times better than our LG model that died after only five years. We really like this Whirlpool refrigerator. It has plenty of space and is relatively quiet. Some people complain about the ice maker being noisy. It only makes noise when one is getting ice or it’s dropping new ice, which in my opinion is normal
