I am 5'2" tall and cannot stretch tall enough to get the ice maker button pushed in at top of bin to pull it out.
The button is incredibly hard to push in and 6ft man finds it hard to deal with. I should have been tipped off in the store when only one man there got it pushed in and most exclaimed that it was probably just because it was the store demo; not so!
Also, I don't like the fact that the tray beneath the ice and water dispenser is not removable; I must keep a cloth close by to wipe any water that collects in that area because there is no way to remove the tray and wash it and clean beneath it periodically.
Love the middle "door" Deli /Snack drawer tray since it is frequently used and you don't have to open the whole fridge area to get to it!

Eratic behaviour ... consider alternatives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally functional but not particularly thrilled ... would have purchased another option if I knew then what I know now. Ice maker jams. Freezer temperature does not align with door setting (I put in 2 thermometers to check). Wife complains about the noise level. The manual is useless and has no troubleshooting section.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
