[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The side (water side of door) buckets/shelf continuously fall off with the slightest touch. Now one has broke and we need to replace. Not sure if that item is covered under the warranty. We have always had Whirlpool appliances and it seems the design of this fridge needs to be reconsidered.

Instruction manual is very vague and pretty much useless on the operation of the control panel and icemaker.
The display should also tell you the temp in the fridge and not just the set points. Love the middle deli drawer.

However, I do note that there is no model and serial number information attached directly to the appliance. Our former appliance (not a Whirlpool) had a tag inside the right French door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker is very load. When the fill solenoid activates to fill the ice maker it has a load buzz while filling.
When the ice drops it is also very load.
The temperature control is no accurate. To get an actual 38 degrees have to set to 34 degrees. The temperature varies about 8 degrees in different areas maybe do to poor air circulation.
But the refrigerator looks good in the kitchen
