The refrigerator has great features, see through .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator replaced one that was purchased on 08/30/20. That refrigerator had a lot of problems, which continued to occur for three years. It had an extended warranty for 5 years, but was never serviced the way it should have been, to keep it in good running condition. Finally after three years of complaining, fighting, calling the company it was purchased from, a new assistant manager made it possible to get a new Whirlpool refrigerator. So far this refrigerator is considerably superior to the one I had. I would believe that it will stand up to time, providing a seamless experience through the years, as all my Whirlpool appliances have done previously. They have a good reputation, also they incorporated Maytag into their product line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DON’T BUY This is the worst company to deal with. I had 3 new refrigerators that were a defective. The last one has been worked on 3 times. Asked for a refund They stated that the warranty does not cover a new replacement. Really. This was a brand new refrigerator.

HAS A FEW DESIGN FLAWS

No more fingerprints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drawer makes a huge difference. The ice machine does take up space, but there is a low shelf next to it where one can place milk, juice, tall bottles and the like. The freezer is also designed with a top basket above the bins that holds a good amount of frozen foods. I just feel it’s more spacious. The ice machine is a little loud, but it’s not that often. Just be sure to read the user instructions so you clear the water and ice properly. And, no more fingerprints, easy to wipe clean the outside.

BAD ICE MAKER LATCH.

The one thing I have trouble with is the ICE MAKER LATCH, when I need extra ice it takes me 10 min, to get open. It should easier. I am afraid I will break it, trying to pull open.
