[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Drawers are flimsy and small. Space limited due to design white plastic and if side bins full when closing door everything on shelf impedes closure. Freezer drawers very small, I had to use side freezer for refrigeration to get more space. Took middle shelf out of top refrigerator because space too small for bottles, drinks etc
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it for about two weeks and one of the plastic door trays snapped off. The water pressure on the drinking water feature is very weak. The “gallon size” door shelving only works if you remove one of the other door shelves, lessening the space inside. The ice maker in the door feature is nice but that particular door sticks out a bit further than the other 3!! Freezer features are great

Poor design

To start with, I love counter depth refrigerators, but not this one. This fridge has such a poor layout of inside storage and limited usable space that it is not functional. Common items will not fit on shelves. The ice maker protrudes into shelf space so you cannot actually use the full shelf space and close the door. You have to squeeze a gallon of milk to fit it in the one space where it will fit. It has two “gallon” storage shelves. While one will hold a gallon of milk, the other one will not hold any common sized gallon container other than a zip lock bag. You can’t tell how bad it is until you get it home and try to fit things inside it. My suggestion if you’re looking at new refrigerators is to take common items you want to put in it to the store with you and try to fit them in. You’re going to be surprised at what cannot fit in this one. This fridge is a disappointment for us.

Nice refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is just the right size for the two of us. If it’s great in the new kitchen. The bottom freezer drawers are nice to have instead of just piling food on top of each other and a pull out bin. The icemaker works great.

Great Whirlpool product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator so far works great, I like having the option of being able to switch sections from freezer mode to refrigerator mode. I believe the shelving in the tip portion could have been configured better to be more user friendly. The door shows gallon size items can be placed there however I would hesitate to do that because of weight issues. We had to remove the top shelf for larger items such as a gallon of milk or two liter drinks to fit, works without problems but you shouldn't have to remove shelves to accommodate these items

Nice refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 3 weeks ago. So far, it’s working great. It is a little smaller than our previous refrigerator. We are a household of 2 people, so that was not a priority. I like the flexibility, and it fits perfectly in our space.
